How much does a call cost?
Telephone calls

and the charges will appear on your normal
telephone bill.
Keep in mind that you can say quite a lot in one
minute, so try it out! With us, there are no
hidden waiting times. Just call, ask as many
questions as you like, and get the answers you
need.
If you prefer, you
can also mail us your texts. Following a
telephone call on the Hotline, you can send us
up to 500 characters free of charge.
Starting in October
2010, you will also have the option of even more
