Which additional services will my company receive?

The Language Hotline service will be adapted to the needs of your company; here we take into consideration the number of employees, the branch office(s) involved, and the business hours at your company.  The purchase of a contingent allows your staff to use the Hotline service flexibly and transparently.

Your company will receive its own landline number to call and its own email account.  Com-Unic will also provide you with detailed statistics on your employees' use of the Hotline on a regular basis.

A personal key account manager will be assigned to your company and will prepare e.g. anonymous statistical analyses to ensure you are well-informed about the use of the service.
